The longest novel in the world

The Freiluftroman® (registered trademark of Gregor Aigner) or open-air novel was written to mark the relocation of the Frankfurt Literature House. It tells of a move and a love affair. The open-air novel was printed in a long strip that was hung up from trees, lampposts and moveable columns provided by the city authorities. You could read the novel on a walk or a bicycle ride and, by following it to the end, you arrived automatically at the new Literature House.
